The Church: The Glorious Body of Christ

We are planning to hold the Borders Conference at the Church of Scotland, Chapel Street, Carlisle, CA1 1JA, November 5-6, 2021. The conference brochure and booking form is available here.


Spencer Cunnah

has been minister of Kensit Evangelical Church in Finchley, North London, since 2012. Originally from Wales, he has pastored churches in Swansea, and in Sheffield. While in South Wales he was, for a time, editor of The Evangelical Magazine.

George Curry

is the minister of Elswick Parish Church in Newcastle upon Tyne, where he has served since 1981. He is also a trustee of the Christian Institute.

Ian Hamilton

is associate minister at Smithton Free Church, Inverness, and also serves as President of Westminster Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Newcastle upon Tyne. He was previously the minister of Cambridge Presbyterian Church, and is a trustee of the Banner of Truth Trust.

Location and Registration Fees

The UK Borders Conference is located at the Church of Scotland on Chapel Street, which is off Lowther Street near the Lanes Shopping Centre.

Registration for the Conference is from 6:30pm on Friday evening. If attending only on Saturday, please allow time to register before the opening session

Lunch on Saturday is not provided, but tea and coffee will be available at the Conference venue. Delegates may wish to bring a packed lunch, or make use of one of the many eating places nearby.
