The full conference fee for a Monday–Thursday resident is £235*. All conference attendees must please register in advance, even those attending for only one session. Accommodation is in ensuite bedrooms, each equipped with a desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and super-fast wi-fi. Towels are provided.
We realise that many Ministers are on tight budgets and we do not want people to be unable to attend the conference due to the cost. If you are unable to afford the £235 fee, but could pay between £120 and £235, then please feel free to pay what you are able. In the event that you are not able to afford this, please contact John Rawlinson at the Edinburgh office to apply for financial assistance; we don’t want anyone to be unable to come due to financial constraints.
*This represents a subsidy of about £52 per person from the Trust. If you are in a position where you are able to pay the unsubsidised cost, we would appreciate that.
Unless special arrangements are made, no one should arrive before 2.00pm on Monday. Registration of conference members will be from 3.00pm to 4.45pm in the atrium. Thereafter keys can be collected from reception. The full address for the venue is Yarnfield Park, Yarnfield Lane, Yarnfield, Staffs, ST15 0NL. The nearest railway stations are Stoke and Stafford. Please visit yarnfieldpark.com for further travel information.
